Langer does not accept returns or refunds for products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Any item returned showing signs of use may be rejected and returned to the customer.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
